Client Experience Ambassador/ Loan Processor

As a Hall Financial Client Experience Ambassador, not only will you ensure that Hall Financials loans get processed in a quick manner, but you will also provide the highest level of client service to our clients and relator partners that will allow you to not only make a positive impact on Hall Financial but the overall mortgage industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING –

  • Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Gather information and move each file from passing Operations to Clear to Close (CTC)
  • Request specified information from client and follow up on missing items.
  • Responsible for ensuring all loan documentation is complete and accurate. Must analyze and verify documents for submission while complying with the investor and Hall Financials’ policy.
  • Act as a liaison between borrower, underwriter, Home Loan Advisor, investor, and real estate agents.
  • Assure all client files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
  • Clearly communicate with Home Loan Advisors and leadership on the status of the client’s files.
  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of all loan programs the organization offers to its consumers.
  • Always be an ambassador for the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU –

  • The ability to work in office Monday - Friday in Troy, Michigan.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of loan processing experience required.
  • Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of loan types, such as FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans required.
  • 5-STAR customer service skills in person and on the phone.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
  • Handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent records and file management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Encompass, DU and LPA is a plus.
