The role focuses on improving the client’s overall experience while working directly with our Loan Officers to soon become one yourself!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with potential clients, who have applied online or called directly. Warm leads only, no cold calling
  • Qualify the client & send their account information to a Loan Advisor to process their application
  • Conduct strong client management by ensuring the client is moving along in the process
  • Track success and source of the leads
  • Inform previous clients of changes in the mortgage industry via phone, email or text
  • Hold the Loan Advisor responsible for appointments with clients
  • Apply new techniques and sharpen sales skills through daily meetings
  • Assist with any miscellaneous marketing requests or specialized call campaigns
  • Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to get better every day!
  • Bring new ideas to help improve the position and company!
