WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING –

• Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally.
• Assess the budgetary needs/usage with Leadership for marketing materials.
• Management of all marketing campaigns.
• Analyze leads generated from digital marketing and value added.
• Analyze marketing data.
• Provide all copy for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute campaigns.
• Manage, purchase, and analyze digital paid advertising

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU –

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Confident communication skills and professionalism both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM technology.
• 1+ years of experience in management.
• 2+ years of experience with marketing.
• The desire to get better every day.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior campaign creation
• Prior digital advertisement creation
• Prior copy creation and editing
• A passion for team success
